Hi, I’m Rachael—the owner of Turtle Bay Virtual Solutions.

I know what it's like to wear multiple hats while trying to grow a business. Between managing day-to-day operations, keeping up with marketing, and serving customers well, there's rarely enough time for everything.

That's why I started Turtle Bay- to come alongside small business owners as a dependable marketing and business support partner.

My background includes over 7 years of experience in administration, marketing, and business ownership, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges entrepreneurs face every day. Whether I'm creating social media content, updating a website, organizing business operations, or planning marketing campaigns, my goal is always the same: to make your life a little easier so you can focus on what you do best.

Outside of work, I'm a wife, mom of three, piano teacher, and active member of my local church. Faith, family, and serving others are at the heart of everything I do- and those values shape how I care for every client I have the privilege to work with.
